1. Services

We provide a range of landscaping and irrigation services, including but not limited to:

• Irrigation System Installation & Repair 

• Sod Installation 

• Landscape Design & Installation 

• Hardscaping (Paver Patios, Walkways, Retaining Walls) 

• Landscape Lighting 

• Drainage Solutions 

• Complete Outdoor Living Spaces

 

All Services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or contract, which will outline the specific scope of work, payment terms, and other details. 

 

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and other factors. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented in a written change order and may result in additional charges. 

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. A deposit is typically required to secure your project on our schedule. Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by check, credit card, and other methods as specified on our invoices. 

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. 

 

4. Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible. 

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to: 

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area. 

• Inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other potential hazards. 

• Secure any pets during our work hours. 

• Be available for consultations and to answer questions as needed. 

 

6. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship and materials. The specific terms of the warranty will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, or acts of nature. 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services or your use of our Site. 

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms. 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

 

11. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
